Begun in 1981 as the Andover "Mite A" Thanksgiving Invitational, the Tournament was renamed the following year in memory of Scott Heseltine. Scott learned to play hockey at PA and played AHA from Mites through Bantam before his life was tragically cut short in 1982. 

The foundation of the Tournament is sportsmanship, camaraderie and fun - and regardless of which team comes out on top in the Final game on Sunday, all participants are winners.

A Trophy that lists all previous Scott Heseltine Tournament Champion Teams resides at the Andover Hockey Shop in Shawsheen Square.
