INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
Arrival - Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled photo time to check in, fill out forms if needed, and get any appropriate gear on. Your child's feet will show in team photos so they should have their skates on.
Pre-Payments - Before Picture Day use your organization's Pre-Order Access code AHAF20 at https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ to pre-purchase products and streamline your child photo process and receive pre-order discount pricing.
On-Site Payment - EXACT Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Credit card information is taken on site and processed off-site. The staff will NOT have CASH CHANGE on site so please come with exact change if paying with cash.
Orders - NO changes can be made to packages on the field. If you have any questions or issues regarding the package you ordered. Please email: cs@nesportsphoto.com. They will NOT be able to make changes on the field.
Picture day check in - All parents (even online orders) will need to have paperwork in order before seeing the photographer for photos. Everyone must check in at the table prior to seeing the photographer. This ensures photos match the kid and they get the correct team photo. Please make sure the forms are handed in to the photographer and not just placed nearby. Once a form is turned into a photographer they will not be returning them. Ordering online and printing the picture day ticket will speed the check in and photo process. If parents do not print out the Picture Day Ticket, or forget it, they will need to check in at the table to with their email showing their order number and then fill out a specific form.
Buddy Pics - Coaches with their son/daughter on the team may have a "Buddy Pic" taken and receive a FREE 5x7 print of the image with the purchase of any item/package. Let the photographer know you're a coach when you come up with your child and they will add the proper code to your child's form before taking the Buddy Pic.
Ordering After Picture Day - Pre-Order Access codes expire on the day of Picture Day. Players' individual access codes will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. These codes can be entered into https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ (just like the access code) and parents can order more products. Please note that orders after picture day will be at regular full pricing .
Multiple Children - Please DO NOT put multiple children’s orders on one order ticket. Each child MUST have their own separate order number. Also, please make sure that on the ticket the child’s name is on the top left of the order ticket.
Masks must be worn by all attending except when having photos taken. Please keep them on until you are posing for your photograph.
