5 years agoDear Bantam Athletes and Families,
Pat Gigante, owner of Xcelerated Performance and trainer to the LA Kings, is going to be conducting an Athlete Development Tool Workshop for our Bantam & U14 players this evening. The goal of this workshop will be teaching the components of successful training and fitness habits. This session will begin promptly at 6:20 in place of dryland training in the Horner Room. Please bring a notebook and writing utensil.
