AHA HSHS1 - Game on for Sunday

The VHL game vs. Lynnfield/Saugus is ON for tomorrow (Sunday) at 11:10am at Phillips as originally scheduled.

1. Tournament Schedule (all games at Stoneham Arena)

Round Robin

Friday 6:10pm v. Belmont

Saturday 11am v. Hyde Park

Saturday 6:10pm v. Canton

Semifinals

Sunday 9am or 10:10am

Finals

Sunday 4pm

2. Note we are scheduled for a VHL game Sunday morning at 11:10am @Phillips vs. Lynnfield/Saugus, which is also participating in the States. We will "play it by ear" depending on if one, or both, of the teams advance to Sunday.

3. IMPORTANT - Mass Hockey noted that refs are supposed to be checking for mouth guards. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ONE FOR THIS WEEKEND.

AHA Boys HSHS1 - Scheduling notes for the next few weeks

1. Reminder - Make up game - Tomorrow (Saturday) - 3:50pm @Phillips v. Cambridge

2. Regular league game - Sunday - 11:10am @Phillips v. Wilmington

3. Added practice - Monday 11am-1pm @ELEV802

(Reminder - No School Monday!) *This session will be a makeup in place of the usual session that would have been held on Tuesday 11/14. There will be no practice on 11/14 for the HS1 team as there is a mandatory AHS winter sports meeting that evening.

4. Finally, the HS1 team will be participating in the Mass Hockey U18 State Tournament the weekend of November 10-12. We do not have the schedule yet but anticipate there will be a minimum of three round robin games (Friday PM, Saturday AM & Saturday PM), with semifinals Sunday AM and finals Sunday PM. All games are expected to be at Stoneham Arena.
